Muses Careers
Muses Careers is a new initiative by Muses Code JS. Muses Careers is a series of free career-oriented events catered towards under-represented groups in IT. Our goal is to support our members in their career growth through webinars hosted by career coaches, recruiters and HR specialists. In our webinars, we cover a variety of career-related topics: from getting ready to performance review to remote working, from negotiating your salary to hosting one on one with your subordinates.
Muses Careers will provide you with community support, mentoring and knowledge to support you in achieving your career goals.

Feedback is a skill or a muscle that is to be built and used to improve performance and build better relationships and outcomes. Feedback is one form of effective communication and can be used in the workplace or at home.
Our second Muses Careers interactive workshop, developed by Aizhan Castorina will help you to feel more comfortable giving and receiving feedback. During this session Aizhan will unpack what feedback is and provide some frameworks that could be learnt quickly and applied during the workshop.

Our first Muses Careers interactive workshop, developed by INCO Academy will introduce you to things you can do to help you structure your time to feel organised, calm and productive while you’re at home. We’ll dive into practical tips and frameworks used by many in the tech industry.
